Overview

Victoria Facelift Private Limited is seeking a driven and passionate Customer Service Consultant to join our team in the Bishan Central Region. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. In this full-time position, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and address concerns.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly, professional, and timely manner

  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate team members when necessary

  3. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records

  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements

  5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues

  3. Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant technology

  4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

  6. Commitment to continuously improving customer experience and business processes
