**About This Role:**:We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join us in Singapore. Working closely with our diverse team of marketing managers, product managers and data engineers, you will help the team evolve their approach for digital media advertising in SEA.

**What You Will Accomplish**:

- Manage and develop the English social media pages of our user research communities.
- Conception and implementation of community events and campaigns focused on activating existing learners and driving new learners to our social and community channels.
- Coordinate with existing and established education communities (such as Facebook Groups, etc.) to expand user acquisition capabilities and promotions.
- Recruit and manage local partners of Singapore and other Southeast Asia countries for ongoing and new focus groups.

**We Would Love for You to Have**:

- Minimum 5 years’ direct working experience in managing and operating western social media platforms and communities (eg. Facebook, Line, Twitter etc.); having experience of creating community engagement events is a huge plus.
- Familiar with user acquisition campaigns on primary channels including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads is a huge plus.
- Have working experience cross borders and business cultures
- Must be a proactive self-starter, be mature enough to manage multiple deadlines, tight budgets working with other peer members in the team.
- Strong internal and external communication skills to interface with partners and clients.
- Strong storytelling skills is a must, must be creative and detailed in project management, experience in social media, good knowledge in using modern social media publishing tools (e.g. sprout social)
- Must be highly motivated, proactive in learning and a self-starter with high energy and team spirit
- Can multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of good project story management skills, KPIs delivered
- Media or Marketing degree or equivalent strong written and spoken skills in English language plus one Asian vernacular
