We currently have a career opportunity for an **APAC Program Coordinator **to join our team.
- Utilize web-based immigration case management system and database continuously and accurately
- Administrative tasks such as reporting, billing, and data migration
- Create and manage electronic files and Visa Packages
- Conduct immigration-related research regarding various laws and regulations from countries, states, companies
- Facilitate communication between firm, clients, and outside vendors.
- Oversee all aspects of case initiations including, but not limited to, open and initiate all international cases, bill casework, update case steps, approve and close cases within case management system as needed.
- Ability to navigate the various client dashboards to include data analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of the firm processes to simplify work, standardize procedures and help the team operate more efficiently and effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Driven by data and processes
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot table, VLOOKUP and charts
- Experience with Litify or other web-based immigration case management system
- Experience with SharePoint and/or GoogleSuite
- Reporting experience
- 2-3 years of experience with global mobility is preferred; alternatively project management and HR administration experience acceptable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and energetic attitude
- Ability to pivot with competing priorities and projects
- Ability to adapt to the workflow for the team of Attorneys
- Ability to multi-task and maintain performance level in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priority levels and specific deadlines
