- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of new standard business processes across multiple functional areas within the APAC region.-
- Confirm processes are maintained and sustained to meet operational standards.-
- Ensure close alignment with Entegris policies and procedures in the region.-
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.-
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team understanding of processes and promote best practices across the organization.-
- Train new staff and those transitioning roles to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.-
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.-
- Be the primary escalation point for key decision support to the US, as-needed.- Requisite Criteria & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.-
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.-
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to document and audit operational practices.-
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams.-
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.-
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.-
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.-
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Asia Pacific region.
