**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

To lead and manage a team of 4 staffs, with responsibilities for Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics and Inventory Management & Control

**Management Reports**
- Prepare inventory reports, including GIT, for weekly operation meeting
- Prepare weekly Sales & Backlog reports
- Prepare Order Intake / Back Log numbers and On Time Delivery performance for Monthly Operation Review reports
- Submit monthly purchasing forecast reports to factories

**Customer Service**
- Attend to After Market Sales Enquiries, providing past supply scope / BOM to customers - covering SEA countries, China, India and Pakistan.
- Sales support to Sales team to confirm transfer pricing and delivery schedule from factories.
- Execute orders from customer POs - raise PR to Purchasing, issue Pick List to warehouse for packing, follow-up with customers on payments prior to deliveries, issue Proforma Invoice to customer for LC order.

**Purchasing**
- Approval on POs to vendors
- Follow-up with factories and third-party vendors on delivery issues, including escalation to higher levels when required.

**Inventory**
- Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels
- Timely update on inventory values
- Item Card creation
- Monthly reporting on consignment stock status to factory

**Workshop**
- Issue Work Order to Workshop for local assembly & service/repair works (gearboxes, hydraulic products)
- Inventory adjustment/issuance in system after job completion.

**OTHERS**
- Assist in SELL Price List management/upkeeping.
- Assist in QAR process
- Assist in issuance of Distributors’ Agreement

**Qualification and Skills**
- University degree in engineering, logistic management or business administration.
- At least 6-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in distribution and sales of industrial component, automotive component, industrial machinery or manufacturing industries will be advantages.
- Team player who is sensitive to culture differences and good communication skills with customers, global internal stake holders and local teams.
- Task and outcome oriented, willing to work outside normal working hours when needed because of the global business nature.
- Meticulous and has eye for details.
