**Context**:
As proposed by one of BitDAO’s core contributors, Mantle is an Ethereum layer-2 network/chain with modular architecture designed to use $BIT as a native token. It's by combining rollups and modularity that Mantle powers new and diverse use cases (i.e. gaming, social, DeFi etc...) whilst remaining fast, secure and decentralized.

Mantle is a project co-developed by Windranger and Davion who are both product labs working on the BitDAO ecosystem. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to continue securing large partnerships on the scale of zkSync, Game7, Mantle.

**Your Role**:

- Responsible for all matters in the Korean region, including growth, localization, branding, etc.
- Responsible for the growth of $BIT use case & trading in the region
- Attract Korean developers & builders to build on Mantle
- Increase Mantle brand awareness in the region
- Improve searchability and ranking on search engines most used in the region
- Hire great talent or work with influencers and agencies to drive the performance of the network

**Your Craft**:

- Ownership — Demonstrate initiative to set priorities, establish objectives & milestones, plan actionable and deliver on growth results.
- Community Focus — Understands and manages the levers that make the trader communities tick.
- Token Marketing — A keen understanding and proven ability to run successful token marketing programs.
- Communications & Network Development — Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at a high level and build strong business relationships.
