**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Services**:

- Prepare and review full sets of accounts for various clients across different industries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accounting schedules.
- Assist clients with their yearly audit preparations, liaising with auditors as needed.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Assist with payroll processing and related statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A).
- Prepare unaudited financial statements in compliance with Singapore FRS.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

**Taxation Services**:

- Prepare and review corporate income tax computations and annual tax returns (Form C/C-S) for submission to IRAS.
- Prepare and review quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
- Advise clients on various tax matters, including corporate tax, individual income tax, GST, and withholding tax.
- Conduct tax research to address client queries and provide accurate tax planning and advisory services.
- Identify potential tax credits, deductions, and exemptions for clients to optimize their tax positions.
- Assist clients with tax audits and enquiries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), representing clients when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in Singapore's tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
- Review tax work prepared by junior staff (for senior roles).

**Client Management & Advisory**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating their needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Respond to client queries within designated timeframes.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on financial management and tax efficiency.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Managers and Directors.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) or Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) qualification from the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) is a significant advantage.
- Singapore Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) qualification from ISCA is highly desirable.

**Experience**:

- At least 2-3 years for Junior/Associate roles, 5+ years for Senior/Consultant roles of relevant working experience in an accounting firm, with a strong focus on accounting and Singapore tax.
- Experience with full set of accounts and tax compliance is essential.
- Experience with various accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP, InfoTech) is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and Singapore corporate income tax and GST laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Positive attitude, responsible, meticulous, and proactive.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Pay: $3,133.68 - $11,208.08 per month
