The Operation & Central Controller supports the Brands in all financial aspects including monthly management reporting, budgets, and all ad-hoc finance analysis. He/she constantly reviews and improves the level of management reporting by developing relationships with members of the organization and creating clear and detailed analysis.

He/she ensures best practices and coherent financial processes - making recommendations and implementing as appropriate.

**RESPONSIBILITIES
**Transportation Controlling - multi brands**
- Follow up transportation costs for the brands.
- Prepare journal entries of accruals related to activity to be given to accounting on closing period
- Provide and update detailed monthly analysis of impacts on costs = volume, ratio and costs/kg, analyzing main variances with latest revision, budget and previous year.
- Maintain cost control responsibility. Provide relevant reports and rationale, with recommended action plans to the Transportation manager for tight budget control.
- Prepare monthly management reporting /scorecard with executive summary for management.
- Assist Transportation manager on ad-hoc analysis, annual tender process.
- Work closely with Operations / Supply chain team

**Brand controlling**
- Be responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting & analysis of overall LFCS brand PL’s - concentrating on Central P&L, Operation P&L and intercompany flows
- Work closely with Regional and HQ team and develop excellent knowledge of the business units’ operating environments
- Liaise with accounting team to prepare monthly closing
- Perform monthly analysis of all industrial variances vs. standard costs and obsolescence risks - liaising with HQ and supply department in Singapore
- Prepare monthly reporting to Brands Management, with a good understanding of all flows and with recommendations as necessary.
- Prepare Budget, Revisions and landings in accordance with parent company requirements and timetable, working with the local management and controlling teams to gather information in a timely and accurate way.

**Ad Hoc Projects and Processes**
- Ensure that LVMH accounting standards & internal control guidelines are respected
- Help on ad hoc project and continuous improvement

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Key competencies**
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with people at all levels of the business
- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and able to interpret financial data
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
- Keen on working in Supply Chain / Industrial environment

**Profile**
- Degree in Finance/Business
- At least 2/3 years’ experience in a financial position within an international group
- Operation / supply chain controlling experience is a plus
- Accounting and controlling knowledge
- Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly
- Pro-active
- Dynamic
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Excellent excel skills, financial system oriented, Power BI/SQL

**Work Place**

Office is located at Pioneer, with company transport provided.
