
Central Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee our food production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient preparation and quality control of all catered food items.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet high-volume output targets.
- Maintain strict food safety standards and enforce cleanliness protocols in the central kitchen.
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and food handlers, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of raw materials to minimize wastage.
- Supervise equipment usage and maintenance, reporting faults or downtime promptly.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency and cost control.
- Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in food production or central kitchen management.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage a multicultural kitchen team.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
