We are seeking for a sales manager to strengthen our sales team and accelerate our growth in the APAC Region.

The sales manager is tasked with expanding our business reach within APAC region. He/ She will investigate core, adjacent, and new markets in search of unmet needs and attractive opportunities and deploy a variety of strategies (organic and inorganic) to advance growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Passionate about creating new business development opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and managing prospects.
- Commercial activity to promote LITEON products into the market.
- Being accountable for achieving annual performance goals and growth.
- Gathering and analyzing information on the market and competitors.
- Responsible for generating new revenue from a predefined sales territory and portfolio.
- Work closely with HQ team members and the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
- Liaise and maintaining good relationship with other business units and departments as required to conduct sales activities.
- Perform additional duties as required/assigned by manager.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience is required.
- Business Development: 3 years (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral, written, presentation).
- An ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset who is result-driven and broad-minded.
- Independent, Proactive, and highly motivated.
- Must be a team player with positive attitude, self-driven and multitasking.
- Experience in Telecommunication or Power industries (preferred).
