**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **HR leader**to drive the development and execution of strategic human resources initiatives across multiple global subsidiaries. This role will be pivotal in shaping talent acquisition strategies, optimizing organizational development, and fostering a high-performance company culture that aligns with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and oversee **HR teams across international subsidiaries**, ensuring robust implementation of policies covering compensation, incentives, and performance management.
- Design and lead a **global talent acquisition strategy**, strengthening the company’s ability to attract and retain exceptional professionals.
- Assess and address **organizational challenges**, implementing solutions that enhance managerial effectiveness and overall workforce productivity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to **align HR initiatives with business goals**, conducting organizational assessments and ensuring seamless execution.
- Champion a **culture of agility, collaboration, and excellence**, reinforcing corporate values and driving employee engagement through strategic programs.
