Own brand strategy & implementation of marketing programs for products in Vaccines BU. Define and drive country specific therapeutic areas and brand omnichannel marketing strategies, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and operating expenses of assigned brands, ensure the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the lead person representing Vaccine products at a country level, responsible for achieving annual revenue and expense targets as well as developing strong relationships with both in-country and above country teams Provide local insights and brand feedback to regional marketing team, and contribute good practice sharing and collaboration across countries Lead in omnichannel marketing program, work with cross functional colleagues for implementation & review outcome Involve in the company’s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners Lead the strategic planning process for Vaccine products based on customer insights to enhance current portfolio Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for Vaccine Products Develop strong brand plans for assigned brands by gaining internal and external stakeholders input and support Select best-fitting modules from regional/global content, translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed Work with medical and legal team to get appropriate approval for brand plan and materials Implement the brand plans by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time and budget Monitor and analyze business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share and etc) and the competition Manage the operating budget versus realization in order to ensure effectiveness of budgeted expenses Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders to drive NIP and guidelines for Vaccine Products Train field force on product knowledge, positioning and prioritization Collaborate with sales team to ensure brand strategy compliance and market feedback Partner with medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes Support country business leads on long range forecasting, OP planning and budget/sales target allocation Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree (Science / Pharmacy Degree desired), Master Degree or MBA desired
EXPERIENCE
- Both marketing and sales experience with medical understanding of related areas
- Proven track record of developing innovative strategic solutions and good business results
- Appreciation in P&L and financial information
- Ability to analyze market data well
- >5 years of pharmaceutical industry &/ >2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
