NUS Enterprise is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join the team involved in running entrepreneurship programmes (i.e. Master of Science in Venture Creation, Postgrad and CET Programmes, Graduate Certificates and Professional Certificates Programmes). This is part of the NUS Enterprise Academy with broad responsibilities in nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The new member will work alongside the existing team and be primarily responsible for:

- Managing new/existing programmes involving local and international students and entrepreneurs, including the administration of student related matters, internship placements, etc.
- Overseeing running of new programmes/initiatives involving international students/ startups
- Lead and drive the team operational support including providing administrative support to the team lead and devising SOPs for team’s operational processes
- Managing and building the community of programme participants, alumni and partners
- Building relationship with key partners and stakeholders involved in the various programmes and initiatives
- Planning and overseeing marketing and outreach for new programmes/projects and to build potential participants pool
- Developing and managing shared work processes and knowledge/data depositories relating to the programmes and initiatives
- Planning and organising outreach activities to grow network of startups and partners for future participation or collaboration

**Qualifications**:

- Degree Holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven project/programme management skills
- Leadership experience would be an advantage, but not a must
- Entrepreneurial experience and knowledge on entrepreneurial trends in Singapore and globally would be an advantage, but not a must
- Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, have broad background to understand innovation and entrepreneurship
- Resourceful and comfortable in fast changing environment
- Effective team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - good grasp of written and spoken English, good knowledge of secondary language will be an advantage
- Outgoing personality who enjoys building and growing network of connections with students, startups, corporates, ecosystem builders, etc.
- Willingness to travel overseas, where needed
