Responsibilties:
Support the Associate Dean (Research Programmes) to manage matters pertaining to research programmes for Master’s and PhD degrees in the following areas:- Support the computation of allocation of RSS positions to Schools.- Work with central offices to monitor and remind Schools on the utilization of RSS positions to ensure all positions are maximally utilized.- Work with central offices/Schools to ensure GC’s decisions/guidelines have been implemented.- Analyze and propose new processing workflows to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency.- Roll out nomination calls and organize follow-up activities such as scheduling of applicants’ interviews, establishing evaluation committees on postgraduate admissions, scholarships, and awards.

**Requirements**:
- A recognized university degree (in any discipline).- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.- Excellent planning and organization skills.- Strong analytical skills.- Possess good communication and writing skills.Hiring Institution: NTU
