**As a Manager, Legal & Secretariat, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- **Maintain regulatory compliance**:Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Companies Act, Business Trust Act, SGX Listing Rules, and Code of Corporate Governance.
- **Manage corporate secretarial functions**:Oversee and coordinate all corporate secretarial matters, including the scheduling and administration of Board and Board Committee meetings.
- **Execute annual and extraordinary general meetings**:Prepare and coordinate all arrangements for Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
- **Maintain corporate records**:Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of all corporate records and filings with relevant authorities.
- **Provide administrative support**:Contribute to the completion of ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess an LLB (Hons) degree with admission to the Bar or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience or relevant industry experience. Prior in-house experience within companies, business trusts, or REITs is preferred.
