We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our expanding legal secretariat team as an Assistant Director. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the professional training of lawyers and contributing to the overall success of our Institute. The legal secretariat is responsible for managing various aspects of our postgraduate programs, bar admission process, and supporting legal work within the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the legal profession in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and review policies and guidelines governing the professional training of lawyers.

3. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest developments in legal education and assessment technologies, both locally and internationally. Explore innovative educational technologies for potential adoption by the Institute.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Judiciary, Ministry of Law, Attorney-General’s Chambers, and other relevant government agencies, to enhance the overall professional education and training experience for lawyers.

5. Evaluation and Feedback: Establish systems for evaluating deliverables and gathering feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve our programs and services.

Qualifications:

- Admitted to practice in Singapore with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong work ethics and exceptional communication and writing skills.
