The role will be part of the Human Resources Team administratively to ensure compliance with the Employment Act and best practices.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Assisting with payroll and mobility, providing HR support in talent management and development, retention, compensation and benefits policies, and performance management.
- Perform statistical analysis by operating the HRMS system.
- Administration tasks such as managing company insurance, IT and mobile equipment, facilities management, vehicles, and name cards.
- Responsible for managing relationships with headquarters in Japan and other expatriates

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
- Minimum 3 years in a similar capacity with good generalist HR background
- Basic knowledge of Singapore employment laws & regulations, market practices, and general business environment
- Basic knowledge of CPF rules & regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office.
