**Make an Impact by**
- Serve as the internal Talent Advisor towards the hiring needs while simultaneously directly handling and recruiting for multiple key technology roles.
- Work with all internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the function of talent acquisition specific to high-demand roles (i.e. software engineers) continues to improve and advance
- Drive strategy for direct sourcing, employee referrals and internal mobility.
**Skills for Success**
- Min 3 years of experience working as a Technology Recruiter, ideally in-house at high-growth startups or larger tech companies. Prior experience in recruitment agencies with a specialism in Tech Recruiting is welcome.
- IHRP certification is a plus
- Proven record on end-to-end recruitment process and collaborating with leaders from multiple functions.
- Strong process and problem-solving skills
- Ability to promote and build a high-performance culture
