**About the Role**
Our client is a global luxury home brand renowned for redefining modern living through high-end kitchen systems, wardrobes, and bespoke interior solutions. As the exclusive distributor of the brand in Singapore, they collaborate with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and developers to deliver customisable, sophisticated living environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within developer firms, architectural practices, and interior design studios.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of B2B project opportunities, including residential developments, show units, landed homes, and commercial spaces.
- Understand project timelines and procurement workflows to deliver tailored proposals, technical support, and recommendations.
- Present the full suite of interior and kitchen solutions to trade clients, highlighting value propositions for high-end or large-scale developments.
- Manage the full sales process: from pitching and quotations to negotiation, order confirmation, and after-sales coordination.
- Work closely with internal design and project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking clients, project milestones, quotations, and communications.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in kitchen systems, wardrobes, furniture, or interior fittings.
- Proven success with developers, architects, and interior designers on high-value or large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project-based sales cycles and construction/interior design industry workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior executives and design professionals.
- Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple project timelines concurrently.
- Existing network within the design and build industry is a strong advantage.
