As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of retail partners, including major beauty retailers like Sephora, facial shops, spa shops, and other beauty outlets in Singapore. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Manage Retail Partnerships**:
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, including Sephora, facial shops, spa shops, and other beauty retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
**Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Present product offerings to potential and existing clients, highlighting key benefits and unique selling points.
**Negotiation and Contract Management**:
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
**Market Analysis and Insights**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in Singapore’s beauty sector.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
**Customer Support and Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
**Reporting and Performance Tracking**:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and actionable insights.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the skincare, haircare, or cosmetics industry.
