Position Overview

Assists with administration and management of the Human Resources function and compliance with statutory requirements. Execute employee relation activities, and provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives.

The Role

A. Administer Performance Management Programmes

1. Assist with monitor of the employee performance appraisal programs to ensure reviews are timely

2. Document action plans and assessment results for poor performers

B. Administer Employee Benefits

1. Verify submitted claims are covered

2. Review benefits claims against entitlements to ensure accurate disbursements

C. Administer Employee Compensation

1. Maintain HR information Management System (Timesoft) to liaise and work with payroll and ensure high level of communication on all related issues

2. Ensure all HR and employee data and information are updated timely

Talent Profile

1. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification

2. Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience from an upscale hotel

3. Working knowledge of Timesoft System

4. Possess excellent knowledge in Singapore Employment Law/Act and Industrial relations30
