**Overall Purpose of The Job**
- To manage all operational planning and coordination of Offshore vessel's attendances as required.
- To act as a point of contact for Owners, Managers, Agents and Marine Safety Consultants To be the Team leader for operations and provide support and training to Operations Coordinators / Junior staff.
- Double up as HSEQ Superintendent for the Marine Vessel fleet.**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Service Delivery on FPSOs
- Assist in ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery on FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) vessels.
- Collaborate with operational teams to meet production and maintenance targets.
- Identify and address operational issues to optimize FPSO performance.- Commercial Management of Operations Expenses
- Support the General Manager in monitoring and controlling operational expenses to stay within budget.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to track and analyze costs.
- Propose cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.- Site Audits of Subcontractors
- Conduct regular site audits of subcontractors to assess compliance with V.Ships corporate standards.
- Prepare audit reports and work with subcontractors to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure subcontractors meet safety, environmental, and quality standards.- Business Development for Offshore O&M and Projects
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new opportunities for offshore Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
- Collaborate with the business development team to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Support the development of strategies to expand the company's offshore O&M portfolio.- Project Oversight and Life Extension Projects
- Provide oversight for ongoing operations on FPSOs, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Participate in life extension projects for operational assets, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.

**Essential**
- Previous Offshore Experience as OIM or Competence Certification or previous experience with similar roles.
- **Competence Certification**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or management. Qualifications or training in Business Administration or a relevant advanced degree can provide valuable insights into business strategy, financial management, and leadership.
- **Certifications**: Depending on the specific job requirements, certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or relevant industry certifications (e.g., FPSO operation certification) can be beneficial.
- Previous experience in FPSO operations or offshore energy industry preferred with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Communications Skills**: Proficiency in multiple languages, especially languages common in the offshore energy industry, can be advantageous for dealing with international stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: While not mandatory, technical knowledge in areas such as engineering, marine operations, or offshore technology can be an asset when interacting with technical teams and subcontractors. Proficiency in project management and business development.
- **International Experience**: Experience working in different regions or countries, particularly in offshore operations, can be valuable for understanding diverse regulations and business practices.
