Our client is a global total service provider for the offshore oil and gas production.
**About the role**:

- Position involves the task of correlating all tasks that are required for a facility Shutdown and to oversee, drive and complete all shutdown dependent works safely without incident, accident and on budget in conjunction with the FPSO FMT group.
- Defining SD work scopes from the field maintenance systems coordinating the availability of vendors and materials, dictating the shutdown durations, liaising with and for the planning with all departments, in compiling the final plan.
- Onshore based during Shutdown preparation phase. Offshore visit as required. Manage & coordinate the execution of the shutdown plan and to manage any changes that may arise due to growth items and any risks that may impact delivery of the shutdown.
- Development of and maintaining all work lists and tracking to complement the shutdown plan and report on readiness during the preparation and pre-work phases.
- Develop detailed shutdown manpower histograms within POB constraints, and provide advice on the most efficient use of resources in implementing the shutdown activities.
- Manage the shutdown planning input to the corporate, long term and associated budget plans
- Develop detailed shutdown schedules in Primavera working with the Planner, identifying critical path activities, overall shutdown durations and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed shutdown manpower histograms within POB constraints, and provide advice on the most efficient use of resources in implementing the shutdown activities.
- Monitor and control planning activities through all phases of the shutdown lifecycle, long term planning, strategy, preparation, pre-work, work, post work and feedback.
- Analyze the detailed shutdown plans, identify potential conflicts and deviations and propose solutions to optimize the overall shutdown schedule.
- Prepare / present planning data for ad-hoc and regular meetings with the company, Partner, and Contractor's Management.
- Develop and maintain work lists and trackers to complement the shutdown plan and report on readiness during the preparation and pre-work phases.
- Ensure the CMMS maintenance management system is maintained for all planned shutdown activities to reflect the schedule and resource requirements within the overall integrated shutdown plan.
- Ensure schedule and resource actuals, and lessons learnt for PM activities are captured in CMMS Maintenance plans during the closeout phase, to ensure continuous improvement for future repeat shutdown PM activities.
- Liaise with Contractor's Management and planning representatives to clarify and ensure the delivery of planning information in accordance with the requirements of the overall shutdown strategy.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with site personnel through effective communication and by making regular visits to offshore installations.

**About you**:

- 8-10 years' in Planning, Coordination and Construction (piping/structural repairs) for FPSOs
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering disciplines (specialty in Marine or Mechanical Piping is a plus)
- Conversant with mechanical equipment and piping design requirements using API, ANSI, ASME, and other applicable codes and standards
- Understands technical requirements of other disciplines/departments at equipment/package interfaces
- Availability for business travel overseas / offshore as required
