My client is a US MNC Manufacturer, seeking an experienced Director of Treasury to oversee a part of the Group Treasury. As the Group continues its expansion, the Director of Treasury will also act as an invaluable partner in planning, diligence, and overall decision-making to the Board as well as the CFO and CEO.

With a focus on cash management, liquidity management, and foreign exchange.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment.
- Ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Use of hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the currency and interest rates.
- Advising on liquidity aspects in relation to short
- and long-term planning.
- Maintaining control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting.
- Maintaining all domestic and global banking relationships.
- Developing a structure to optimise working capital.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain subsidiaries' capital structures consistent with business, tax and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting strategic finance initiatives (e.g., Investor presentations, M&A and financing requirements) in partnership with the CFO.
- Managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting.
- Acting as treasury liaison internally for leasing analysis
- Directing the FX exposure management and managing FX and interest-rate risk.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar related fields plus Accounting Qualified (CA/ACCA/CPA)
- Minimum 10 years of Treasury experience in a global MNC
- Track record of leading and developing treasury professionals in MNCs
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
