What will I be doing?

We are looking for an Assistant Operation Officer to assist us in our Housekeeping Operations Team’s day-to-day responsibilities.

Day-To-Day Duties
- In charge for the management of housekeeping/cleaning operational duties as directed by supervisors or operations manager;
- Coordinate and communicate housekeeping/cleaning duties to other housekeepers in the team;
- Provide training to housekeepers to ensure quality service delivery;
- Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule across various job sites together with supervisors;
- Conduct monthly check-ins with housekeepers to foster good rapport between ground staff and management;
- Manage customer feedback and/or complaints in a timely manner, providing suggestions for complaint resolution;
- Coordinate with partner platform to keep track of the housekeepers’ work performance, including managing disciplinary matters concerning the housekeepers;
- Work closely with the account managers on resolving operational gaps and/or other ad hoc requests;
- Respond to and report operational incidents, if any, in a timely manner.

Working hours

5.5day work week

(Mon - Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 9am-1pm)
