Job Title: Office Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, arranging meetings, and following up with various parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange meetings
  • Follow up with various parties

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma of any discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of prior admin experience

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with administration, data entry, and customer service.

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining open communication channels across departments.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners, while providing exceptional support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
