Job Description Summary

[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Lecturer, Power Engineering in the School of Engineering.

**[What you wil be working on]**

As a Lecturer in Power Engineering, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Involvement in developing curriculum, facilitating student learning, conducting assessment and performing tasks for modules related to Electrical Engineering, specifically on power systems or renewable energy.
- Work with industry to establish collaboration opportunities in projects or internships.
- Support student development in the area of education.

**[What we are looking for]**

**_Pre-requisites: _**
- Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in the areas of **energy storage system, power electronics or power engineering **.
- Passionate about education and possess strong interest in nurturing, teaching, mentoring and interacting with students.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, independent and possess readiness to work as a team.
