We’re hiring a **QA Delivery Lead** **& Scrum Master**— a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives on Agile excellence _and_ delivering product quality at scale. If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams while ensuring top-tier product delivery, this role is for you.

You’ll champion Agile best practices, own sprint planning and delivery health, while embedding a quality-first mindset across the engineering and product lifecycle. Ultimately, you’ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints to help the organization achieve operational and customer excellence.

**What’s the role?**

**Agile & Delivery Ownership**
- Lead agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, TPMs, and engineering teams to manage sprint scope and story readiness.
- Drive predictability, transparency, and accountability across sprint cycles.
- Resolve delivery blockers, promote continuous improvement, and coach teams to higher maturity.

**Quality Leadership**
- Define and drive quality assurance processes across SDLC.
- Partner with QA and engineering to ensure test strategy, test coverage, and release readiness.
- Champion shift-left testing approaches and quality automation goals.
- Be the guardian of “Done” — ensuring deliverables meet functional and non-functional standards.

**Team Enablement**
- Coach cross-functional teams on Agile mindset, servant leadership, and performance tracking.
- Act as a neutral facilitator to resolve team impediments and interpersonal conflict.
- Partner with TPMs and engineering leads to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of Agile project or delivery management experience in a **B2B SaaS** or **Product company**.
- Hands-on experience with **Agile/Scrum delivery** and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of **software QA processes** — from test planning to defect triage.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, team velocity, and delivery health metrics.
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills.
- **Scrum Master certification** is a must (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Bonus: Background in QA Engineering, or experience working with automation pipelines (Selenium, Postman, CI/CD tools).
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with diverse and distributed teams and clients.
