Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will manage the execution and delivery of IT projects for Prudential Singapore. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Scrum Master Lead, and work closely with business units and other IT teams to deliver IT projects according to the agreed scope, timeline and cost.

**Job Description**:

- Implement and enforce Scrum principles and practices, facilitate continuous improvement, and identify and remove team impediments.
- Work closely with the scrum team to deliver the project deliverables, prioritization, estimations and planning.
- Ensure the scrum team's adherence to delivery schedule and estimates. Assess & surfaces all schedule risk and communicate accordingly.
- Ensure coherence of the tasks in product/sprint backlog and commitment based on release and functionality of overall product.
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
- Assures transparency of the work that is being done and communicate its progress via regular reporting inclusive of:
i) Burndown Charts
ii) Status reports, Risks, Issues
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Participate in discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders.
- Assess the Agile maturity of the team. Coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. PDPA, MAS TRM and MAS Outsourcing Guidelines).
- Develop project and resource plan with all stakeholders (IT, Users and vendors).
- Ensure that deliverables are in accordance to relevant IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic project status review with all stakeholders, including to Project Steering Committees.
- Manage stakeholders, including influencing and persuading, as part of project delivery.

Working Experience
- More than 10 years in IT, with at least 2 years experience in managing and delivering IT projects

Professional Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in 1 of the following will be an added advantage:

- Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT (COMIT)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Education
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

Language
- Fluent written and spoken English
