**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate schedules and assist in organizing meetings
- Prepare and file documents accurately and efficiently

**Accounts Assistance**:

- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases
- Assist in preparing documents for GST submission
- Respond to client inquiries and provide billing support
- Follow up on payment matters and resolve basic accounting issues

**General Office Management**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures
- Support general office organization and upkeep
- Provide administrative assistance to other departments as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Relevant experience in admin/accounting is an advantage (but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Professional Qualification (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
