**Summary**
- This position will be under the SCM Tactical Planning team, handling the portfolio of mixed signal semiconductors (MSS) power products. This will be a key role in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered.**Responsibilities**
- Execute and ensure factory & sub-contractors supplies meet weekly MPS and delivery commit to customer orders
- MPS Optimization At Factory Level (Loading, Priority, Risks) and Regular weekly MPS review with PC
- Expedite and pull in to support customer demand upside/customer line down
- Coordinate with internal groups to resolve issues in time to meet customer delivery dates.
- Work closely with PC, Strategic Planning, Demand Team, Capacity Planning, Engineering, SQE, CQE and NPI
- Follow up disposition on the hold lots, RMA with related parties
- Perform backlog management and align sales order line commit based on feasible supply plan
- Expedite shipments and maintain sales order with latest ship date (CSD), responsible to meet quarterly revenue, KPIs, i.e. OTD to CRSD, OTD to FCD, Backlog CSD alignment accuracy and etc
- Achieve company quarterly Revenue Plan targets

**Skills/Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant planning experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience in Supply Chain management and order fulfillment
- Experience in high volume high mix planning in Semiconductor industry is preferred
- System knowledge: MS office (Excel expertise required), SAP ERP system and other advanced planning systems
