Planner - Production Operation

Be responsible for operation consumable and raw material planning, scheduling, and ordering base on production schedule.
- Collaborate with SCM and Logistic Teams for production planning and plant activities.
- SAP transaction execution - Material movement, Goods Issue and Good Receive.
- Daily routine activities planning for operation team.
**Responsibilities:
**Raw Material & Operation Consumables:
- Possess good knowledge in planning and organizing, able to set-up systems to tracks & monitor the inventory level.
- Possess good understanding of SAP transaction execution, troubleshooting of SAP transaction errors and make necessary corrections.
- Prepare monthly raw material and operation consumption reports
- Plan out strategies to achieve smart spending for all the
operation consumables and spend within budget.
Production routine activities:
- Planning and scheduling of Ultem production routine activities base on production requirement.
- Coordinate with Compounding site for production planning.
- Coordinate with SCM and Logistic team for plant activities.
EHSS:
- Participate in EHSS activities
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Chemical Process Technology /Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years relevant experiences in Planner role.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask, coordination, and prioritize works.
- Good communication skills both in written and oral.
- Able to perform rotating shift.
**12 hours rotating shift**
