**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan and handle staff resources, systems timelines, and financials
- Oversee the overall quality of our service provision to Airlines and Business partners.
- Develop and coordinate work teams by reviewing, recommending and implementing improved policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the implementation of the department’s business/crisis contingency plans.
- Conducts contingency exercises and training to ensure staff is familiar and competent with the handling procedures.
- Plan and manage departmental activities and organize staff engagement sessions.
- Coordinate between the various functional areas and relevant stakeholders to ensure that all airline standards, requirements and guidelines are achieved on a consistent and regular basis.
- Ensure that all team members are trained sufficiently so that they can competently carry-out their duties to meet our customers’ needs.
- Track and monitor staff and operational performance.
- Investigate discrepancies, strengthen operational weaknesses and enforce appropriate remedial actions to prevent a recurrence.
- Manage department’s cost within approved budget limits.
- Consistently engage staff to maintain good communications and alignment to meet agreed goals.
- Enforce staff discipline as set out in company policies.
- Ensure that computer operating systems function properly to facilitate SIOC operations.
- Support in continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Carry-out duties as instructed by Management.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree
- Working knowledge of the various airport entities and how they are related and interact with each other.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams concurrently will be beneficial.
- Effective communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Possess good operational knowledge of SATS ground handling activities.
- Resourceful, independent, strong organizational and leadership skills.
