Singapore Secretary of the Synod of the Diocese of Singapore Full time

The Diocese of Singapore (DOS) has under her umbrella, 27 churches, community services, schools and chaplaincies. The Diocesan Central Administration (DCA) is the corporate headquarter for DOS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage listing of DOS hardware
- System support with SFIT
- Manage IT Securities (Passwords and Acceptable Use)
- Office procurement
- Assist with developing policies, proposals, DDMS etc. Support DCA's office ad-hoc maintenance and event

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of IT experience including IT infrastructure planning and operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Have ownership of DCA office procurement
- Proactive at sourcing effective fire safety measures
- Able to streamline process & develop SOP Able to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary will commensurate with qualifications and work experience.
