- Control FPSO TOPSIDE project control work including Engineering, Procurement, Module fabrication and Integration
- Scope monitoring (scope of works and supply in the Contract and those in the agreements among Joint Venture/Consortium, Sub-contractors)
- Change order management
- Overall Schedule Management to keep Engineering Procurement Construction Integration (EPCI) schedule for topside in FPSO project
- Overall Progress Management to keep Engineering Procurement Construction Integration (EPCI) progress for topside in FPSO project
- Project Cost Management (monitoring and control project expenditure to maintain total project cost within project budget)
- Risk Management (Risk identifications, monitoring and mitigation)
- Project Reporting (Weekly and Monthly reporting)
- Document Control for Topside EPCI including detail Engineering and supplier documents
- To establish Project Execution Procedures related to project control issues
- To set up and maintain Project Control System
- Hold, manage and attend regular (weekly, monthly, progress) and key meetings within Project and with other engineering design disciplines to understand design issues and work out satisfactory solutions.
- Organize the interface meeting among topside engineering teams, Hull Marine engineering team and EPC package vendors etc.
- Assist Project Manager to execute project.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Master of mechanical engineering.
- Written, spoken english and proficiency in Japaneses has an additional advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience of Project Control Manager or 10 years of experience of Project Control works.
- Experience of Project Control Manager or Project Engineer of the big projects such as more than 3,000 persons were involved.
- At least 10 years of working experiences in engineering company.
- At least 2 years of working experiences in managing a Global project.
- Working experience as engineer or project control in design office and construction yard such as module fabrication yard or shipyard for FPSO project and having the engineering knowledge with specifications,
- Must possess past working experience with a MNC in similar industry.
- Willing to travel and/or station in module fabrication yard, structure pre-fabrication shop, detail engineering subcontractor’s office as project control manager.
- Familiar and aware of collaboration between inter-discipline engineering activities with proactive mind.
- Familiar with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
