**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Independently define concepts, lead, plan, manage, control, engineering deliverables required for the Topsides Process System within timelines.
- Assist Thermal FEA consultant in preparation of technical specifications, inspection and test requirements and material requisitions, equipment package documentation, and ensuring conformance to all Codes and Standards as required by Structural Design Consultants
- Develops Design philosophies, HYSYS or UniSim process models, PFD, P&ID drawings, Finite Element Analysis Simulation Methodology, data sheets, Structural Simulation calculations, Equipment sizing specific to the assigned project and validates them
- Evaluates all the bids received for process and utility packages from various Pipe Stress Analysis Consultants, FEA Company and all suppliers appointed, and provides comments/approval to Mechanical engineer, ensures selected Pipe Stress Analysis Services vendors meet technical/engineering requirements. Reviews/checks drawings and documents from FEA Thermal Analysis team members.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Working experience in multi-disciplinary coordination of topside packages, Mechanical Design Optimization and understanding of marine class requirements, international codes and standards, specifications defined by client appointed Finite Element Analysis Companies, inspection and test requirements to develop solutions to technical/engineering Finite Element Simulation related problems.

Familiarity with gas process optimization, Buckling Analysis techniques and simulation software such as HYSYS and/or Unisim will be advantageous.

Have an interest to develop in-depth knowledge in LNG/NH3 and H2 processes commonly required in Pipe Stress Analysis projects.
