Act as the coordinator of the Topsides engineering team of FPSO EPCI project based Company project office or at fabrication yard working within the contractual requirements of the project to produce engineering tasks and deliverables for Topside modules within schedule, budget and to the right quality

**Responsibilities**:

- To Coordinate the multi-disciplinary engineering and design activities for Topsides facilities of FPSO project, To deliver topsides engineering and design for FPSO Topsides within budget, schedule and quality
- Coordinate with the engineering disciplines to set up Engineering and Design systems, Engineering Schedule, Master document Register (MDR), Procurement Schedule. A robust engineering execution platform for delivery of Detailed Engineering meeting all contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with the engineering disciplines to issue all deliverables
- To issue all engineering and design deliverables as per schedule
- Develop Level 3 and Level 4 (MDR) schedules of topsides engineering
- To establish Level 3 and Level 4 Engineering schedules for the EPCI phase
- Implement engineering change management for the Topsides engineering post design freeze in all disciplines including communication, tracking and approval by the relevant stakeholders
- Effective change Management
- Coordinate with Engineering disciplines to respond and closeout of Class Society comments, Client Technical Queries, Site Queries and Operation Queries for topsides
- Response and closeout of all Queries from external parties and other functions in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the Detailed Engineering subcontractors and Third Party specialists for Topsides
- To deliver detailed engineering packages and specialist studies as per the contractual requirement
- Support Topsides Engineering Manager in forecasting and mobilizing engineering and design resources for Topsides Engineering
- Adequate and competent engineering and design resources for the Topsides engineering in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in any Engineering Discipline
- Experience as Topsides Engineering Coordinator of at least one FPSO in the EPCI phase
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Project Management

**Job Type**: Contract
