Our client are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Banking and Finance lawyer to join their high-performing team in Singapore.

**Role**

This role will see you working across a number of Singapore-based partners within the firm's renowned Banking Finance group, with exposure to market-leading practitioners with extensive experience recognised by IFLR1000, Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

As part of the team, you will act primarily for major lenders in the Asia Pacific region on a range of complex and interesting transactions. In particular, you will be involved in drafting and negotiating facility documentation for various structured and leveraged finance deals, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance arrangements, leveraged buy-outs and structured trade finance matters.

**Key Requirements**

**1.5**
**and**
**6 years of post-qualification experience**, specifically in Structured and/or Leveraged Finance, ideally gained at a top-tier (or equivalent) firm.

To be considered, you will
**need to be legally qualified in Australia, New Zealand, the UK or another common law jurisdiction**.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have an outstanding academic background;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
- Act with efficiency and calmness under pressure; and
- Have a genuine interest to pursue a career in Structured/Leveraged Finance.
