**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales**
- Identify and secure new manpower supply and recruitment contracts in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with EPC contractors, oil companies, and key project stakeholders.
- Promote and position recruitment, staffing, and workforce deployment services based on client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track market developments and competitor activity to capitalize on new opportunities.
**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Compliance teams to support smooth onboarding and mobilization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a 360 recruitment or sales role, preferably in the Oil & Gas or engineering sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets is a plus.
- Experience in international recruitment or manpower outsourcing is advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
