**Lean Operating System (OS) Framework**
- Design, implement and sustain the Lean Operating System Framework
- Oversee and drive all aspects of the Lean Operating System strategies, policies and reporting, initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance and drive the ccontinuous Improvement culture
- Review the Framework regularly to ensure alignment with the business strategy and context sensitive to the organisation maturity
- Establish long-term plans to ensure Lean initiatives continue to generate value over time

**OS Maturity Assessment Framework and Business Vertical/ Function Engagement**

- Engage functional Subject Matter Experts to develop the standards and tools to implement the Lean Operating System and operations risk requirements
- Maintain Framework training needs and compliance blueprint including content creation and delivery for relevant courses to ensure company-wide adoption and understanding, and conducting verifications, assessment and inspections
- Support the development of bench strength by identifying, training, and mentoring employees for key Lean roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled talent
