Job Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Lean initiatives across departments.
Conduct process evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean solutions.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Lean initiatives.
Coach and mentor employees at all levels on Lean methodologies.
Ensure alignment of Lean strategies with business goals.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Work on the logistic implementation for Production Kitchen
Support on standard cost modelling
Look at point to point goods delivered automation for sign off. (ASM)
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
Proven experience in Lean implementation within manufacturing or service environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience
8 to 12+ years of total experience.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional Lean initiatives and mentoring teams.
Other Prerequisites
Familiarity with tools like SAP, Excel, and statistical analysis software.
Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma methodologies.
