**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the IVF clinic, ensuring smooth clinical workflows and adherence to protocols.
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of approximately 10 staff, including nurses and clinic assistants.
- Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with 6-7 other managers across departments to ensure coordinated patient care and efficient operations.
- Uphold patient safety, confidentiality, and high standards of care throughout the clinic.
- Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs and quality assurance measures.
- Manage staff rosters, leave planning, and performance reviews.
- Support the medical team during procedures and provide patient counselling as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (must be SNB-registered).
- Minimum 3 years of IVF nursing experience, or
- At least 1 year of IVF nursing experience if holding a Senior Staff Nurse (SSN) title.
- Proven experience in supervising teams and maintaining workplace harmony.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
