**Alongside one of the world's largest logistics companies, BCG Digital Ventures is building an Ocean Freight Venture **to empower freight forwarders to grow their business globally. Our digital platform will empower them to:

- Access freight capacity on a large & reliable logistics network
- Unlock advantageous freight rates & guaranteed space only available to large forwarders & customers
- Increase efficiency across operations including quoting, booking, documentation, tracking & more

This venture is backed by a large global logistics company renowned in driving innovation within the industry and with its unique strategic advantage, the venture is well-positioned to fully disrupt the industry.

**As a Senior Product Designer, you will**:

- Lead and participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking
- Translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps and prototypes
- Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to represent the design team and help facilitate design discussions
- Create and execute on design systems, based on regional/contextual user behaviours, and working to shape the experience of the entire product and feature set
- Work closely with Engineering team to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience; Product Management team to improve UX processes and design systems
- Communicate the product’s vision, based on testing and design principles, to team members, external stakeholders and consumers
- Ability to plan, facilitate and synthesise usability testing towards actionable design deliverables for build
- Understand how to communicate/implement design solutions that solve for user needs and can benefit business objectives

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- 8+ years of experience designing stellar digital products, with prior experience designing enterprise-grade platforms and solutions
- Enjoys working with multi-disciplinary teams in a lean and agile environment
- Thrive in a early-stage startup or other innovative space and/ or prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience designing end to end UX using tried and tested processes - from discovery all the way to delivery of polished UI designs
- In-depth working knowledge of Figma (preferred), miro and notion
- Ideally prior experience in content design
- Keen interest in solving highly complex problems for business users
