- Leads a team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
- Operational role, responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.
- Identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures.
- Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

1. Assist in defining IT risk assessment standards and framework for the group, including creation and updating of all required documentations.

2. Review and alignment of existing risk matrixes to industry aligned standards

3. Assessment of Information Security risks posture for SP and the Group, overseeing the end-to-end process of IT risk management until mitigation/ remediation completion.

4. Oversee Group IT risk assessment and provide professional risk assessment for stakeholders to make informed risk decisions.

5. Running of internal compliance and assessment programs, including targeting messages for intended audience

6. Providing internal assistance for audits requests

7. Oversee IT compliance and governance for the group

8. Provide regular reporting and visibility on the group's IT security compliance and risk posture to senior management and stakeholders.

9. Run awareness campaigns and communication messages targeted at intended recipients.
