**The opportunity**

We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded **FP&A Business Partner**to lead our Medical Device portfolio across Southeast Asia. This role is critical in providing strategic financial analysis and advice to all areas of the Asia business, with a primary focus on supporting the Asia Leadership Team in driving business decisions, performance improvements, and key initiatives.

Key Responsbilites:

- Serve as a key business partner to the Asia Leadership Team, providing actionable insights to understand the impact of business opportunities and driving/supporting critical business projects.
- Deliver insightful, timely, and accurate reporting, ensuring performance drivers are understood, business-wide implications are communicated clearly, and gap measures are identified. Special emphasis will be on Opex spend reporting, highlighting budget variances, and identifying potential savings.
- Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team, providing input on potential synergies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Continuously drive improvements in processes, systems, and reporting to adapt to evolving organizational needs and business structure.
- Lead the coordination of the annual business planning process, delivering valuable insights to key stakeholders.
- Enhance financial awareness across management in the Asia region through education and training.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support business needs.

**Essential**
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Tertiary Qualification in Business or Accounting
- Fully Qualified CPA or CA
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Commercial Acumen with Excellent Financial Discipline
- Minimum of 5 Years Relevant Experience in a Similar Business Partnership Role
- SAP Experience

- Power BI Experience
- Anaplan Experience
