As FP&A Manager, you will be the key finance business partner supporting both strategic and operational decision-making. This role offers the chance to move beyond traditional reporting, delivering insights that directly shape commercial strategies, store performance, and customer experiences in a fast-growing consumer environment.

A well-established retail F&B brand with a strong presence in Singapore and across global markets. With an expanding store network and pipeline of innovation, we are looking for a talented FP&A Manager to join our finance team and partner closely with business leaders to drive growth and profitability.
Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Singapore.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and performance dashboards for management.
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to evaluate store performance, promotions, and investments.
  • Deliver actionable insights on sales trends, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly business performance reviews with leadership.
  • Support initiatives such as store expansion, new product launches, and digital transformation.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial models and reporting tools.
Profile
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) a plus.
  • At least 7 years of FP&A / commercial finance experience, ideally in FMCG, retail, or F&B.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of business partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
