
Accounts Assistant

Main Responsibilities
To handle and facilitate end-to-end of designated finance related activities including but not limited to:
- Assisting on full set of accounts
- screening with daily Accounting & Finance duties including billing, receivables and payables processes, general ledger and bank reconciliation, etc.
- Verifying with Accounts Payable functions such as Giro payment and Bank transfers
- Handle staff claims reimbursement
- Raising monthly AR Aging Report for review and manage outstanding AR
- Liasing with administrative duties related to accounting such as grant management, documentation, filing, updating records and generation of internal report
- Coordination with bankers, suppliers, company secretary, tax agents and any other third party, as required
- **Requirements**_
- _**Only Singaporen/Singpore**_ _**Permanent Resident holders**_ will be considered
- Minimum 1 year experience with **MYOB accounting system**:
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields
- Chartered Accountant/ CPA qualification would be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office program including MS Excel, Power point & MS Word.
- Must be meticulous and analytical.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
