**What the role is**
- We strengthen and support families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes, and publicity efforts.
Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations, strengthen familial bonds and support them in overcoming challenges and nurture a family-friendly society.
You will lead the Planning and Programme Development teams in PTR to set out the overall approach and develop strategies to drive upstream, preventive measures to increase adoption of parenting and marriage programmes/resources, and drive efforts on the inculcation of family values. This includes overseeing the strategic planning of social service agencies providing programmes, development of marriage and parenting programmes/resources, and initiatives in adoption of family values resources by the young.

**What you will be working on**
- Oversee divisional efforts and KPIs to ensure that the larger strategic priorities and outcomes are achieved
- Oversee sector development and service management of social service agencies providing marriage and parenting programmes, including review of manpower, funding requirements and accountability to funders
- Oversee overall plans for family values inculcation including outreach efforts through pre-schools and primary/secondary schools, collaterals, and branding of mascot.
- Development and prioritisation of new marriage and parenting programmes/resources based on gaps and emerging needs [feedback from Advisory Panel on Parenting (APOP), stakeholders and families]
- Lead evaluation efforts of existing programmes
- Manage corporate functions such as securing of resources and management of budget.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to analyse complex issues through both a strategic and operational lens, synthesize multiple perspectives among internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Past experience in strategic planning would be an advantage
