AI CoE is set up for this purpose - to build an “AI Smart Buy” capability for CAG, so that CAG may adopt AI at scale and exploit AI solutions while managing associated risks.

**Your role**:

- Develop & oversee AI governance policies to ensure safe & responsible adoption of AI
- Upskill & educate rest of CAG staff to raise AI competencies and realise “AI smart buy” capability
- Identify key areas of AI which could deliver high business impact and proactively push for Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate value
- Partner Business Units for AI solution discovery, proactively sharing technical knowledge of assessment metrics, AI opportunities and risks
- Oversee CAG’s AI strategy, including identifying key areas of investment and developing maturity roadmap to support enterprise aspirations

**Who you are**:

- Degree(s) in AI, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related discipline.
- 6+ years professional experience in related field, with at least 3-5 years in AI engineering and AI strategy development.
- Familiar with various AI/ML areas, including Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Reinforcement learning, traditional machine learning, Robust AI, Responsible AI, etc.
- Familiar with AI development tools and frameworks including Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.
- Experience in working with AI solution providers and AI professional bodies.
- Strong leader with good communication skills
