Responsibilities- Integrate Generative AI into enterprise applications, help design AI-powered workflows, and enable intelligent knowledge retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to bring AI-driven solutions into production and ensure they deliver real business value.
- Develop scalable backend services; ensure applications are secure, efficient, and maintainable.
- Contribute to frontend development by creating user-friendly interfaces with designers and product teams to translate requirements into polished solutions.
- Own cloud deployment and infrastructure, define infrastructure-as-code, set up automation pipelines, and ensure solutions are robust, compliant, and scalable.
- Embed DevOps best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering processes.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions, and uplift the capability of the wider group.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain or LlamaIndex) and experience designing conversational agents or AI-augmented workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python for building production-grade APIs and services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Solid understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
- Strong frontend development skills with TypeScript and ; ability to build clean, reusable components using ShadCN/UI and Tailwind CSS.
- Proficiency with Terraform; experience with cloud environments such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of networking, security, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent), and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) for smooth deployments and scalable solutions.
- Experience with authentication and identity management tools, such as Auth0 or Azure AD, will be an advantage.
- Exposure to multi-agent AI systems or advanced orchestration frameworks will be beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player, able to work across engineering, data, and business functions; adaptable in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Innovation, ownership, and a proactive attitude with willingness to experiment with new technologies and deliver high-quality outcomes.
